Born out of a desire to create, we are committed to producing only high quality customized items.

What we do

Hello all, Welcome to Redbarn254. 

It all started with my daughter’s request for a sign for her wedding. You can’t say no to something like that. I bought a low power, low cost diode laser from Amazon that had good reviews and made the sign. Over the course of the following year I tinkered, and made a few things for friends. Lots of people said I should “open an Etsy shop.” I did, and it’s been a ride from there. My facebook page is a good way to see what else I’ve been up to. 

I started with a 1.6 watt Ortur laser engraver, up’d that to a 5.5 watt laser, then just recently acquired a 100 watt Thunder Laser capable of both engraving and cutting.

Mission

The mission of Redbarn254 is to provide creative services to local enterprises for promoting their business, as well as providing high quality home décor at a competitive price. This will involve web sales using redbarn254.com, referrals of existing clients, as well as contacts through word of mouth. Redbarn254 is an extension of my personal beliefs as a follower of Christ. To that end, the highest level of integrity, highest level of craftsmanship, and highest level of customer satisfaction are paramount. I will submit myself to God’s will, and submit Redbarn254 to His standards and control.

Environmentally Conscious

I create a very small waste stream. Rarely, if ever are chemicals used in the manufacturing of my items. Wood, leather, glass, and powdercoated items are my favorite things to work with.

Thunder Laser 51/100

With a 51x35inch bed I can cut or engrave large sheets of wood, leather, acrylic and other materials (unfortunately metal is not an option at this point).  However, there are options to mark metal and different treatments to metal that I can work with..

  4. Payment Payment for services is required upfront. We accept most major credit cards as well as paypal, Venmo, and of course cash if you are local. Prices are as stated on our website or as agreed upon in writing.

  5. Design Approval Prior to engraving, customers will be provided with a proof of the design for approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and any errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Turnaround Time The turnaround time for engraving services will be communicated to the customer upon order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Shipping Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided to the customer before finalizing the order. Redbarn254 is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages incurred during transit.

  8. Refunds and Cancellations Refunds may be issued if cancellations are made within 48 hours of order placement. No refunds will be provided for custom orders once the engraving process has started.

  9. Quality Guarantee Redbarn254 strives to deliver high-quality engraving services. If there are issues with the quality of the engraving, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  10. Limitation of Liability Redbarn254 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our laser engraving services.
